ポケモン3Dアドベンチャー2 ピカチュウの海底大冒険

Thanks to our friends over at BulbaNews, we have learned that Pokemon Co. Japan is releasing a new Pokemon 3D movie short this spring/summer.

A new 3D mini-movie following in the footsteps of last year's ポケモン3Dアドベンチャー　ミュウを探せ！ Pokémon 3D Adventure: Find Mew! has been announced. ポケモン3Dアドベンチャー2　ピカチュウの海底大冒険 Pokémon 3D Adventure 2: Pikachu's Big Undersea Adventure premieres May 20, 2006, and will be screened in five cinemas throughout Japan until August 31, 2006. No reports of a DVD release have been made yet.

Pikachu, Meowth and company are on vacation on a southern island. They have taken the Musicnote Pokémon Perap's treasure map there with them. Marked on that map is the sunken ship carrying the treasure called Wailord's Tears (ホエルオーのなみだ). There, Pikachu and Meowth use Latias and Latios's Psychic moves to go on their big undersea adventure.
Will they find the treasure?
